Rental Policy

• Rentals are subject to availability for the requested dates, quantity and location.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment, or written confirmation for custom quotations.
• We may request identification or verification details to confirm certain bookings.

The rental charge is for the duration stated on the product (for example, "per 12 Hours" or "per Meeting"). Additional time may be charged pro-rata and is subject to availability. If equipment is not returned or made available for collection at the end of the rental period, additional charges may apply.

• Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and operated as instructed.
• Equipment must not be sub-rented, relocated to a different venue, or altered without our written consent.
• Where an operator or technician is provided, our team will handle operation of the relevant equipment.

Where applicable, we deliver, install, test and support the equipment for your event and collect it afterwards. You agree to provide safe access, adequate space, power and any required venue permissions.

• You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until it is returned to or collected by us.
• Equipment should be protected from weather, liquids, overloading and misuse.
• Any fault, damage or issue must be reported to us promptly.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery, setup and other charges may apply and are shown at checkout or in your quotation. All prices are editable and may be updated; the price applicable to your booking is the one displayed at the time of confirmation.
